This quote seems to explain that the war in Ukraine is a conspiracy of the "world government", and Russia is not an invader and aggressor, but a victim of Western manipulation. The posts also indicate precisely where Rockefeller allegedly said this - at a luncheon for UN ambassadors in 1994. But according to Myth detector, Rockefeller did not say these words or other words about the "organization of the world order" at the event.
