He stated it on March 10 during a meeting of the UN Security Council. They write that Western weapons supplied to Ukraine “have already begun to appear in the states of Europe and Africa, replenishing the arsenals of organized crime”. And in this way, “assault rifles, machine guns, grenade launchers, anti-tank guided missiles and Western-made man-portable missile systems fall into the hands of bandits and radical regimes”. It is not true.
