Fake Low-income people in Poland are denied free food because of Ukrainian refugees

A video from the canteen is circulating online, which allegedly shows how Poles are denied free food. Russian media circulated it with the comment that the man was allegedly denied a bowl of soup for the outcasts. This is manipulation.

The video was recorded in Wroclaw at the World Central Kitchen, which provides targeted assistance to people affected by the war in Ukraine. The video really shows how two Poles are denied food, but they explain this by the fact that funds for food were allocated for a purpose. World Central Kitchen is a non-profit charitable foundation that provides food to people affected by natural disasters or other crises. The organization has been helping Ukrainians since the first day of the war. Also, its representatives explained that they did not have the opportunity to provide food for every resident of Wroclaw and expressed their condolences due to the fact that someone was denied food. After this incident, the organization and its partners decided to allocate 100 places to feed Poles in need of help. Russian propaganda is manipulating the video, as funds for the food of Ukrainians were allocated by a targeted charitable foundation, and Poles can use help in municipal centers. That is, no privileges are granted to Ukrainians.

Russian propagandists are constantly spreading fakes to discredit aid of Poland to Ukrainians. More details.

Manipulation In Kupiansk, they rejoice at the occupation and celebrated the Day of the Russian flag

Russian propagandists spread “news” from the temporarily occupied Kupiansk, Kharkiv region. Allegedly, the townspeople are happy with the arrival of Russians in their city. This is not true.

As the Kharkiv Anti-Corruption Center writes, the picture for the Russian media is created by the Russians themselves. Fact-checkers identified the participants in the celebrations. From their reports, we came to the conclusion that more than 700 volunteers of the Young Guard of United Russia have already taken part in regular trips to the occupied territory of Ukraine. Volunteer camps are rotated once every two weeks, more than 100 volunteers are there all the time. It is they who create the picture for the Russian media. One of the “volunteers” in a message on social networks says that “Kupiansk is the capital of the Kharkiv region until Kharkiv is liberated.”

In a shared photograph taken on August 22 in Kupiansk, there is also the curator of the so-called "humanitarian centers" that the political party "United Russia" opened in the occupied territories of the Kharkiv region, Russian Oleksandr Meshchaninov, using the pseudonym "Alexander Kulikov". The photo also shows the deputy of the Nenets Autonomous region from the "United Russia" Andrey Popov. In fact, according to such reports, it is impossible to assess how massively the citizens who remained in the occupation took part in the “celebration”.

This is not the first time propagandists have used this tactic. Its goal is to convince Ukrainians that the inhabitants of the occupied territories are traitors. But those who remained in the occupation for various reasons are convinced that they are not needed in Ukraine. Earlier, propagandists spread similar messages about the celebration of Metallurgist's Day in temporarily occupied Mariupol. The invaders also distribute propaganda films “Mariupol: Chronicles of a Russian City” and “Russian Kherson. We've been waiting for this for 30 years.”

Fake The United States and Great Britain announced "military intervention" in Ukraine. Such "sensational news" is spread by the Russian media

Allegedly, the United States, Great Britain and Poland “do not hide their readiness to send troops to Ukraine” and are now “preparing a pretext” for an “invasion” of Ukrainian territory. This is not true.

Representatives of the United States and Great Britain did not voice any plans for an invasion of Ukraine. It was solely about preventing the extremely dangerous actions of Russia, which is provoking a European-scale nuclear catastrophe at a seized Ukrainian nuclear facility.

In view of the fact that Russia was using the captured ZNPP as a “nuclear shield”, confirmed by Western intelligence, representatives of the UK and the US reported that a Russian attack on the ZNPP would be a violation of Article 5 of the NATO Charter. In particular, Tobias Ellwood, head of the Defense Committee of the House of Commons of the British Parliament, said this. The British counterpart is supported by Adam Kinzinger, a member of the US House of Representatives. He also stressed that a potential accident with a radiation leak at the ZNPP, provoked by Russian occupiers, could be interpreted as an attack on NATO states.

Article 5 of the Washington Treaty states that an attack on any of the member states of the Alliance is considered an attack on all of them. This article was first invoked in response to the September 11 terrorist attacks against the United States of America.

Russian propagandists are constantly trying to discredit the partnership between Ukraine and the West and devalue the military assistance of these countries. More details.

Disclosure Anonymous telegram channels are distributing a fake document of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine about losses in the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The primary source of the fake document was the Telegram channel of the Russian propagandist Volodymyr Soloviov. This "letter" is allegedly printed on the letterhead of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and is addressed to the Secretary of the National Security Council, Oleksii Danylov. It was allegedly signed by the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Valerii Zaluzhnyi, who has nothing to do with the correspondence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. In fact, such documents must be signed by Minister Oleksii Reznikov or his deputies.

Information about the losses of the Ukrainian army is a state secret, therefore, according to logic, the "document" should be marked accordingly. In addition, the "writing" has a lot of grammar mistakes, indicating that it was automatically translated from Russian or written by a person who does not speak Ukrainian well. Probably, the purpose of the letter is to demoralize Ukrainians because of the extremely high loss figures and to emphasize the victory of the Russian army for Russians.

Russian propagandists have been creating fake documents since the beginning of the Great War. Recently, fake letters from the Ukrainian and Polish MFA about renaming a street in honor of Stepan Bandera were circulated. Also included in the list of fake documents are the "decrees" of the President of Ukraine that women should "support by any means and forces the spirit of men restraining military aggression in Ukraine" and the deprivation of citizenship of certain politicians; "letter" from the head of the President's Office to the commander-in-chief about not using "Bairactars"; "order" of the commander of the National Guard to shoot captured servicemen; "letters" of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine on the formation of lists of graduates of draft age with the characteristics of the evaluation of military-patriotic education or with malicious programs. These are only private examples of the work of propagandists to undermine the confidence of Ukrainians in the government. The common feature of all these documents is illiteracy and ignorance of the norms of Ukrainian business administration.

Message The supply of weapons to Ukraine is similar to a "black hole".

Several Russian publications wrote that the Americans allegedly compared Ukraine to a black hole and criticized the supply of weapons by Western countries.

In fact, Russian propaganda published a commentary by an anonymous user spreading Russian propaganda narratives, in the opinion of all Americans. Such a generalization cannot reflect public opinion. As StopFake writes, in order to leave a comment under a Newsweek article, you need to register on the site, nationality is not important for this. Users from any country can comment on articles, following the rules of the site.

Opinion polls among Americans show a high level of support for Ukraine and support for the supply of weapons to Ukraine.

Propagandists systematically use the tactic of publishing the opinions of individual users according to the general opinion of the audience. Earlier, in this way, they reported that the Americans allegedly accused the United States and Ukraine of stealing 40 billion dollars in military aid, or they talked about the dislike of the French and Germans for Ukrainians.

Disclosure The Russians have developed a manual for their agitators in the temporarily occupied territories to convince the population that they are not marauders and murderers

The press service of the Main Intelligence Directorate reported that the occupiers had developed special “methodical recommendations” for working with the population of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.

This "document" is distributed exclusively to "instructors affiliated with the leadership of "United Russia" and is not passed on to third parties for perusal."

According to the "manual", the work of the occupation administrations in the occupied Ukrainian territories is supervised exclusively by the Kremlin party "United Russia", which agrees and strictly controls the work of any other organizations. This "document" allows the occupiers to "collect material funds from the population." Instead, it is strictly forbidden to take food products and medicines (including hermetically sealed ones) due to frequent cases of poisoning. Also, the developers of the "manual" offer a table with questions that Ukrainians most often ask the occupiers, and typical answers with additional explanations.

Earlier, it became known about other manuals for Russian propagandists to compare the war in Ukraine with the First World War and how to write about the "special operation" in Ukraine in general.

Fake Pensioners are conscripted in Ukraine

Such information was distributed by the Russian media with reference to an interview with the existing foreign intelligence service of Ukraine Mykola Malomuzh. It's a fake.

In fact, Mykola Malomuzh, answering the question, said that in order to prepare a strategic offensive it is necessary to prepare reserves. It was about the mobilization of reserve military personnel with military experience. Mobilization of pensioners was not discussed.

According to Voxcheck, for a military reserve, the marginal age is established in stock. It depends on the rank of military: from 60 years for younger and senior officers to 65 years for the highest officers. During military legislation, citizens from 18 to 60 years old can be conscripted into army. The retirement age of men in Ukraine is 60, provided that they have the necessary insurance experience (if a person does not have enough insurance experience, he may resign later). That is, the retirement age and age of stay in stock are the same.

Previously, propagandists distributed fakes that there was no one to fight in Ukraine, and therefore LGBT -faculty was summoned into the army. The propagandists also tried to discredit and violate mobilization measures in Ukraine, dissolving other reports. Thus, propagandists are trying to distract the audience from hidden mobilization in Russia.
