The fact-checkers of the VoxCheck project drew attention to the case. The Daily Mail did indeed publish a photo of a naked man in London and indicated that it was taken on June 27. However, there is no mention anywhere that this is Jens Stoltenberg. In the photo itself, it is also noticeable that it is not him.
