Like, thanks to this provocation, the Ukrainian leadership will capitulate. However, this is not true.

On the contrary, in particular in the context of Russia's latest allegations that Ukraine is preparing to use a dirty bomb, diplomats from France, Britain and the United States consider Russia's false statements to be a pretext that Moscow has invented to escalate the war.
