The Ministry of Defense states that territorial defence ranks are replenished with volunteers with relevant experience. Moreover, they claim that tens of thousands of willing men and women are precisely waiting for their turn because they are recruiting people with the relevant military speciality as units, and all kinds of support are deployed.
