This is the thesis disseminated by Russian propaganda media, claiming that in Ukrainian Mykolaiv utilities are not working yet and there is no water supply. In such reports, Russian media and telegram channels refer to sources in the Russian Ministry of Defense. In fact, the water situation in Mykolaiv is not yet the best, but the propagandists' claim of an epidemiological disaster is a manipulation. According to the Mykolaiv city council, as a result of Russian bombardment since the beginning of the war, the CCP " Mykolaivvodokanal" suffered damage of almost 12 million hryvnia. The sewage treatment facilities, the water pipeline and three sewage pumping stations were damaged. From the shelling of the Russian marauders seriously injured the employee of the enterprise, the team works daily in a high-risk environment to restore the comfort of the citizens. That is, the water problem in the city arose not because of the negligence of Ukrainian utility workers, but because of the shelling and bombing of the Russian army, which is doing everything to destroy the Ukrainian infrastructure. According to the city council, in Mykolaiv, residents are distributed water to different districts of the city, so we are not talking about a catastrophe yet.
