"The person represented by the Assistant Minister in the above disinformation reports is neither an assistant, nor an advisor, nor an employee of the Ministry. We should also note that no such decisions were made or even discussed by the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine. Moreover, the ICIP has consistently opposed any cooperation with "Soviet" artists who have worked most of their lives in Russia.
