Propagandists, spreading pro-Russian rhetoric in the media, claim that evidence of the existence of US military biological laboratories is being destroyed in Odesa. Like, they do it in the burial ground, which was used for the disposal of hazardous waste, during the disposal of 147 tons of dust. However, this is manipulation.

Analysts of the VoxCheck project drew attention to it. They found out that at the end of October, work on the disposal of 147 tons of dust near Odesa really began. In particular, according to the local authorities, this year funds were allocated from the local budget for the elimination of hazardous substances due to fears that Russian shelling could lead to chemicals entering the water and soil. Liquidators began their work in time, as some bags of poison were on the verge of depressurization.

The fact is that in 1972, the ship Mozdok, which was transporting 900 tons of dust on board, sank in the Odesa Bay. Two years later, a storage facility was built near the village of Altestove, and the dust was conserved in concrete bunkers. Already in 2012, most of the chemicals were disposed of, but due to a lack of funding, 147 tons of dust continued to be stored in this special storage facility.

By spreading such fakes, propagandists want to cause panic among Ukrainians and justify Russia's aggression against Ukraine. They said that Russia is destroying biolaboratories that could harm Russians. Detector Media has repeatedly refuted fakes about American biolaboratories in Ukraine, and recently told how propagandists use the conspiracy theory of “chemical emissions” to scare Ukrainians.

Propagandists spreading pro-Russian rhetoric on social networks claim that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi allegedly said that “if Ukraine loses the war, it will be because of the Jews”. This is a fake.

Analysts of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security Council of Ukraine and the Georgian MythDetector project drew attention to it. They found out that the circulated quote is a fake, because it cannot be found either on the official pages of the President, or in Ukrainian or Western mass media. On the contrary, Zelenskyi condemned the actions of Hamas and drew parallels between the current events in Israel and the Russian-Ukrainian war. He condemned terrorism and emphasized Israel's right to self-defense.

By spreading such fakes, propagandists want to convince Ukrainians that after the start of the war between Israel and Hamas, Western countries will redirect the aid intended for Ukraine to Israel and Ukraine will not have the support of the international community.  Detector Media explained how propagandists still manipulate the topic of events in Israel.

Propagandists spreading pro-Russian rhetoric on social networks publish a scan of a document allegedly in the name of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi. In it, the moral and psychological state of the Armed Forces is assessed as low. However, this document is a fake.

The analysts of the Center of Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine drew attention to it. They found that the “document” contained a large number of grammatical errors. In addition, the text has a characteristic Russian-language tracing paper and a style uncharacteristic of documents. Moreover, the margin between the main text and the official's signature has been increased by 1.5-2 times. That is, part of the main text is hidden or deleted.

By spreading such fakes, propagandists want to demoralize the Armed Forces of Ukraine and cause panic among the civilian population. He said that terrible things are happening to the psyche of the military, and therefore, you have to agree to Russia's terms and start living normally. In this way, the Russians manipulate the important topic of mental health of veterans, turning it into a scarecrow for Ukrainians. Propagandists who spread pro-Russian rhetoric in the media claim that the “Kyiv regime” is allegedly preparing Ukrainians for the rapid mobilization of teenagers from the age of 14 due to the lack of reserves destroyed on all front lines. This is allegedly indicated by the fact that the instructors of the 103rd Territorial defense force brigade  arrived on the territory of one of the Ukrainian educational centers, where they taught teenagers military training for three weeks, after which the most capable students were allegedly enrolled in the brigade reserve. However, this is a fake.

The analysts of the Center of Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine drew attention to it. They explained that this information is fiction, because according to the current legislation of Ukraine, persons who have reached the age of 18 are subject to mobilization. At the same time, there are military training courses for young people in Ukraine. They are not mandatory and are not prohibited by law.

Propagandists spreading pro-Russian rhetoric on social media are posting images purporting to have published an article on the Diia website explaining why Nazism is normal. The title on it looks like “Why are Ukrainian fighters who fought on the side of the Nazis our heroes? Special material about fighters for Ukrainian independence who made a brave choice in the war”. The propagandists add that these publications on the website allegedly appeared after the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi in the Parliament of Canada greeted a veteran of the SS division Galicia, which was part of the Waffen SS troops of Nazi Germany. However, this is a fake.

Analysts of the VoxCheck project drew attention to it. They found out that there are no articles about soldiers who fought on the side of the Nazis in the “news” section on the Diia website after the “education” request. In addition, the published photo is dated September 25, but in fact, this section contains posts dated September 4 and 26, and they do not mention the Ukrainian military. The design of the site, the “education” section and the articles in it also differ from those in the image of the propagandists. The site only publishes news related to the Action application or digitization, so it is unlikely that an article on a historical topic will appear on it.

The inauthenticity of this message is also indicated by errors in the text. In particular, the phrase “awarded with applause” and the expression “it is important to look at many things” are inherent in the Russian language. Also, the authors made a mistake and used the word “beat” instead of the verb “struggle” in the phrase “fought against Soviet oppression”. It also has the capital letter that begins the word “Soviet” but it is a common name, not a proper name, in this sentence.

By spreading such fakes, propagandists want to reinforce negative stereotypes about Ukrainians. Like, they are ready to glorify the Nazis even on the website of a technological application for document management. In this way, the Russians justify their aggression against Ukraine, namely, they create a false need for “denazification”.
