The report says that since 2014, Ukraine allegedly gradually lost its sovereignty. In addition, according to the authors, it also lost the favor of the people. Like, because the authorities could not care less about their people.

In fact, Ukraine is and remains a sovereign state. The entire civilized world has not recognized the illegal annexation of Ukrainian Crimea by Russia. And now, against the backdrop of a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, we remain allies of the West and we are actively supported by international partners: by supplying weapons, by diplomatic partnership, or, for example, by granting candidate status to the EU. In addition, the world does not recognize the latest pseudo-referendums and the creation of "people's republics".

With this message, propagandists are trying to undermine the authority of Ukraine and nourish the narrative that Ukraine is a failed country ruled by the West.
