This is not the first time the politician has accused the United States of "wanting to organize a famine in Ukraine." He claims that the famine in Ukraine will come because of the US intentions to return all the grain stored in Ukraine to the world markets. He argues that "instead of real help, the U.S. only wants to take back what it needs.

Russian propaganda benefits from spreading the thesis that the U.S. and other countries do not help Ukraine and Ukrainians in any way, but instead make things worse. As a reminder, it recently became known, that Russian Kafirs are removing stolen food from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine on a large scale. Obviously, the food problem in Ukraine could arise as a result of the actions of the Russians, not the United States.
