Message The Ukrainian authorities and the "collective West" are ready to give Donbass and all of Ukraine to the Russians, but with the infrastructure as devastated as possible.

Anonymous telegram channels insinuate the view that Ukraine is losing, fitting it into old anti-Western narratives and conspiracy theories. Propagandists write that Ukraine "abruptly started fighting for the Donbass," even though Ukrainian troops have been fighting for the country's integrity since 2014 uninterruptedly. In addition, Ukraine is moving toward the EU, and the "collective action," which anonymous telegram channels scare, returns its embassies to Kyiv, allocates millions in aid to Ukraine, and joins investigations into war crimes in Ukraine.

Fake French gendarmes arrived in Kyiv to cover up the traces of staged provocations.

By insinuating that Ukraine killed its own citizens in the Kiev region and staged crimes by the Russian army, Russian propaganda continued with an attempt to discredit the international investigation into war crimes. La croix writes that on April 11, a detachment of 16 experts from the Institute of Criminalistics of the National Gendarmerie (IRCGN) arrived in Ukraine to identify the victims and establish the causes of death at the scene directly. They are specialists in identification, ballistics and explosive engineering. It is known that other countries will join France in the investigation: the Netherlands, Sweden and Germany have pledged $2.7 million to the International Criminal Court (ICC) to support the investigation of war crimes committed in Ukraine. Lithuania, Poland and Germany are conducting their own investigations; Austria is also planning to do so.

Fake Russian troops found in Mariupol the passport of a "mercenary" from the USA, who fought for Ukraine and died.

Russian media wrote about the documents of "foreign mercenaries" found in a warehouse in Mariupol, including that one of them, the passport holder, died in the fighting and is buried in the west of Mariupol. Quintana Caesar denied his death in an interview with The Washington Post. He said that his passport was confiscated by police in Mariupol in December 2021 when he tried to smuggle his son out of the country. Read more on the StopFake website.

Fake U.S. scientists tested dangerous biologics on patients of a psychiatric hospital in Kharkiv.

The experiments became known allegedly from the documents revealed during the "special operation" and testimonies of "inhumane experiments", which are not named. StopFake reminded that information about clinical trials of foreign drugs in Ukraine is public, not secret. According to official data, on the basis of the hospital described by the Russian mass media, there were trials of a drug for schizophrenia, Alzheimer's, depression, etc. These are phase II and phase III studies, that is, with well-studied drugs. The research is done with the consent of the patient.

Manipulation "You were mentioned by the owner of a closed channel that publishes information without censorship, 18+, etc."

This is how readers are attracted to newly-formed telegram channels, writes the Spooner Project. The user seems to be exclusively invited to a closed channel, where "what cannot be shown on the main channel is published. In addition, the time of joining and the number of places in the channel are limited. In fact, it's just an ordinary subscription to a regular channel. Read more about Telegram manipulation

Fake "Another object mined by Russians during the retreat".

The photo was actively spreading on Twitter the other day, but Bellingcat investigators established that the photo was from Libya, not Ukraine. According to the original source, a toy bear with a homemade bomb containing a mortar shell tied to it was found in Tripoli in June 2020.
