In the absence of real victories in combat operations, the enemy resorts to informational terrorism of the Ukrainian population. People exhausted by the war can form a false impression about the situation on the front. In Russia, in this way the Kremlin is trying to record in the information field the alleged "achieved goals of the special operation in Ukraine" in order to later pass off pseudo-facts as evidence of victory," the center said in its report.
