Fake Romanian Red Cross refuses to supply humanitarian aid to Odessa due to corruption.

The Russian media and users of social networks write that the Romanian Red Cross allegedly refuses to supply humanitarian aid to the Odessa region because of "received facts" of embezzlement of humanitarian aid by the military administration of the region, including the head of the region, Maxim Marchenko. The publication StopFake contacted the Romanian Red Cross and the organization denied the fake. "The Romanian Red Cross cooperates with the Ukrainian Red Cross on the delivery and distribution of humanitarian aid in the Chernivtsi, Odessa and Zakarpattia regions and plans to cooperate further to organize permanent aid," writes StopFake citing a Romanian Red Cross official.

Also the extension of humanitarian supply is evidenced by the organization's report of April 12, which reports on further assistance to victims of the war in Ukraine.
