"[Rashists (Russian fascists)] demand from residents of the occupied territories to collect humanitarian aid. Forcibly! Fake administrations have ordered the workers to bring something for the "refugees". It is not true! No Ukrainian from Severodonetsk, Rubizhne and Lysychansk could leave for the occupied territories. Cities are controlled by the Ukrainian authorities, the rashists couldn’t take people out, the Armed Forces would not allow them, and people would not leave, because Luhansk region is Ukraine," Gaidai said.
