Manipulation A poll in the United States shows that Americans are waiting more for Biden to resign than for Putin.

The Sunday Express, sponsored by the Washington Institute for Democracy, published a poll in which 52 percent of respondents chose to dismiss the U.S. president and 43 percent chose to dismiss the Russian president as the best option for America. The poll also predicts Donald Trump's return to the White House. The Center for Countering Disinformation believes the poll results are manipulative, as the question was asked incorrectly (Americans are obviously more concerned about domestic issues than the fate of Russia) and there are questions about the impartiality of the Democracy Institute. According to another poll conducted by the Pew Research Center, 92 percent of Americans have little or no confidence in Putin.

Manipulation People in many countries of the world came out to support Russia.

This is how propagandists try to instill the feeling that "dozens, hundreds, thousands" of people in the world support Russia and "know the truth.

In a number of countries (Cyprus, Georgia, Germany, etc.) actions did take place; propagandists distribute videos of people standing with Russian flags and lighting Z-shaped candles. However, there is a lot of manipulation around this message. In particular, anonymous telegram channels do not show how these actions ended. For example, according to the distributed video, the motor rally in Cyprus ended with a traffic accident and the burning of the Russian flag. Propaganda is also trying to use these facts to its advantage.

The videos circulated about the rallies resort to the classic technique of creating fakes. For example, they show the front row of the rally in such a way that it is not visible how many people are behind it. Or they make a video from a car with the Russian Federation flags flying, but none of the other cars in the "column" have them. Apparently, there are so few videos and photos of Russian support abroad that it is necessary to use footage in which the apparent number of protesters is very small. According to DW, 600 people (there are about 1.2 million Russians in Germany) showed up at the rally in support of Russia in Frankfurt on April 9. By comparison, more than 30,000 people showed up in Tallinn on February 26 to support Ukraine, according to calculations by the Estonian Interior Ministry.

Message "Europeans, thank the Ukrainians for the rise in food prices."

The message spread by anonymous wiretaps after the UN reported a record 12.6 percent increase in food prices in Europe, especially for grain and oil. The price spike is clear, as Ukraine and the Russian Federation provided about a third of the world's exports of wheat, 20% of corn, and nearly 80% of sunflower oil. Trade was mainly through the Black Sea, now blocked. So the price increase is true, but the cause is not the Ukrainians, but the war started by Russia.

Fake Ukrainian humanitarian aid for Melitopol was stolen by Azov people".

Russian propagandists called fake the statements of the Ukrainian side about the blocking and seizure of humanitarian aid for Melitopol by the invaders, attaching photos of white trucks with a red cross allegedly located at Azovstal in Mariupol. StopFake writes that the photos are fake, because according to Mayor Ivan Fedorov, the humanitarian aid was sent by other vehicles.

Fake Zaporizhzhya residents ask to include their territory in the DNR".

A delegation of the group visited the occupied village of Rozovka in Zaporizhia region, not Zaporizhia, StopFake writes. Not a single comment from locals in the filmed footage asked them to join the group.
